Notes

• moveScope is Domain, Host, or Directory. moveType is Local (within Bing's index scope) or Global (across markets).
• Use submit_site_move to request a new one.
• This endpoint has been observed returning an HTTP 404 from Bing instead of a normal response, which may indicate it has been deprecated or changed since it was documented. The tool surfaces this as a clean error rather than crashing.
